The scheduled maintenance will always be done after hours (based on Greenwich MeanTime (GMT) ) and the web server downtime will be kept to a minimum. 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Choice Hosting offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all hosting plans to Hosting Applicants. Hosting Applicant must give Choice Hosting a written request (via email or fax) requesting the cancellation of their hosting account within 30 days of their account activation date. The money back guarantee only applies to the monthly or annual hosting fees & does not apply to any once off setup fees which applies to only some hosting plans offered by Choice Hosting. FREE .CO.ZA DOMAIN REGISTRATION (On Selected hosting plans) Choice Hosting offers the 1st year registration of a .Co.Za domain name on selected hosting plans. Every subsequent year thereafter, the renewal fee will apply to the Hosting Applicant. The free domain must be claimed by the Hosting Applicant within 30 days of signup, otherwise the offer is forfeited. WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY DEBIT ORDER FAILS? In the event that the applicant's debit order fails, the hosting applicant will be charged a penalty fee of R20. This penalty fee with the monthly fee due must be paid in cash or via internet transfer into Choice Hosting bank account within 7 days of notification. Failure to pay outstanding fees will result in the suspension of the hosting applicant's website and email accounts. The hosting applicant's website will also display "This Account Has Been Suspended" until all oustanding hosting fees have been paid. NOW FOR SOME MORE LEGAL TALK ..... WATERS INTERNET CORPORATION TRADING AS CHOICE HOSTING IS WITHOUT LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED OR ALLEGEDLY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, VIRUS, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, INACCURATE INFORMATION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORDS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTUOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. Should any provision of this agreement be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated. These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations,
understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any
variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. Use of
my services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Choice Hosting reserves the right to host any materials and may, at its option and at any time, reject this material, including but not limited to any time after it has been put on Choice Hosting's server(s). Choice Hosting agrees to notify Web Hosting Applicant immediately of its refusal of the material and afford Applicant the opportunity to amend or modify the material to satisfy the needs and/or requirements of Choice Hosting. If the Applicant fails to modify the material, as directed by Choice Hosting, within a reasonable period of time, which shall be determined between the parties themselves, the Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated. Choice Hosting reserves its rights to change its hosting rates at any time on reasonable notice. Choice Hosting reserves the right to stop offering certain web hosting package types if it deems it necessary. Choice Hosting will then either provide the web hosting service for the remainder of the time that has been paid for or refund the amount paid for that specific package. Choicehosting.co.za has zero tolerance for the use of their servers for the sending of unsolicited email or Spam. If an applicant spams in any way shape or form their website will immediately be suspended and punitive action will be taken and no refunds will be given to the applicant. |
