If you are a person who receives hundreds or thousands of emails every month and regularly need to search for emails, I'm sure you've been very frustrated by how slow and inadequate the built in search facilities are in Microsoft Outlook.  The Outlook search feature can sometimes take a few minutes to bring back the correct results, if any at all sometimes.

There is finally a solution, a tool that will search through 10's of thousands of emails and come back with results within seconds. The tool is "Xobni".  The good news, it's 100% free.  There is a paid version of the software, but personally, I have not really found a real benefit to paid version, as the free one works just as well.

One of the nifty features that it has, is the ability to recall a conversations from recipients.  For example, I receive an email into my inbox, as soon as I click on that email, Xobni will automatically show you all the previous emails from that person that you've received which is stored in one of your email folders (sent items or folder).
